In January 2016, our leadership team began to focus on parent contact. I created this Google Form to help us document parent contact and to hold one another accountable. All information entered into the form populates in a spreadsheet. We shared this with the leadership team at first. Soon, we will meet to discuss the document, improve it and possibly share with the rest of the staff.

6B: Federal, State, and District mandates
The school executive designs executive protocols and processes in order to comply with federal, state, and district mandates.

- I assisted with monthly fire drills, a tornado drill and a lock-down drill as mandated by the state.
- The district mandated that each school administrator conduct at least five walkthroughs each day. I created the form that our team uses to track walkthroughs and provide teachers feedback.
- I attended IEP meetings with EC personal from both the school and district level, including manifestation meetings.
