Opportunity Culture
We implemented Opportunity Culture at Phillips Middle School in August 2017. We have created several positions and growth channels for teachers that I believe will allow us to recruit and retain excellent teachers. I will collaborate with our Opportunity Culture Design Team in the spring 2018 to review data, reflect and make design adjustments for next school year.

We are using Facebook, Instragram, and Twitter to recruit and attract talent to our school.
