Opportunity Culture
Beginning in the fall of 2016, I participated as a member of North Edgecombe High School's Opportunity Culture School Design Team. Through several one-day sessions, I have collaborated with our team to set a vision and make strategic decisions for Opportunity Culture implementation at NEHS. We have created several positions and growth channels for teachers that I believe will allow us to recruit and retain excellent teachers.
